The Australian POTS Foundation Excellence in Care Awards recognise clinicians and care teams who have made a meaningful difference to people living with POTS.
These awards are community-nominated and celebrate care that is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in lived experience. They provide an opportunity to acknowledge those who listen, advocate, and go the extra mile.

This award recognises a GP or specialist who has made a real difference in the lives of people living with POTS and autonomic dysfunction.
It celebrates doctors who listen, care, and go the extra mile — combining medical expertise with compassion, respect, and an understanding of lived experience.
Nominations come directly from the community and are open to current APF Practice Members in Australia and New Zealand.
